60-min Under 18s Boxing Session
Safety First:
Prior to the first session, I’ll need to know about any current injuries or medical conditions. For this, I have an online Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). If necessary, consult your GP for guidance. For our younger boxers under 18, I’ll need a signature from a parent or guardian.
