Step 2: Fill in the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.
Prior to your first session, I will need to know about any current injuries or medical conditions. For this, I have an online Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). If necessary, consult your GP for guidance.
Step 3: Purchase your session or pack.
Choose from the Personal Training options above. You will find single sessions and packages. Prices vary depending on the session duration and the number of sessions you buy.
Step 4: Contact me to schedule.
Once you've purchased your session or package, and all is clear on the questionnaire, get in touch via text, WhatsApp, or the website to arrange a time and place that works for both of us. We'll coordinate the details to ensure a convenient training experience.
Step 5: Experience the thrill of a boxer’s workout.
Prepare yourself mentally and physically for an engaging workout that will push you to your limits. Dress comfortably, bring a water bottle, and don’t forget your boxing gloves and hand wraps. If you don't have your own, don't worry, as boxing gloves are available to borrow upon request. Follow my instructions as we work together to enhance your fitness, develop your boxing skills, and improve your overall well-being.
