Step 1: Check your location is within the areas I cover in London.

I’m based in East London and I offer mobile training sessions in most areas of London, including:

Prior to your first session, I will need to know about any current injuries or health conditions. For this, I have an online Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). If necessary, consult your GP for guidance.

Step 3: Purchase your session or pack.

Choose from the Personal Training options available. You will find single sessions and packages. Prices vary depending on the session duration, the number of sessions you buy, and your age group.

Once you've purchased your session or package, and all is clear on the questionnaire, get in touch via text, WhatsApp, or the website to arrange a time and place that works for both of us. We'll coordinate the details to ensure a convenient training experience.
