Key Steps:

  1. Feed your thumb through the loop.

  2. Wrap the wrist 3 times.

  3. Wrap around the thumb and return to the wrist.

  4. Wrap the knuckles 3 times.

  5. Wrap between the fingers, using the base of the thumb.

  6. Wrap the knuckles again 3 times.

  7. Wrap around the wrist to finish.
