Key Steps:
Feed your thumb through the loop.
Wrap the wrist 3 times.
Wrap around the thumb and return to the wrist.
Wrap the knuckles 3 times.
Wrap between the fingers, using the base of the thumb.
Wrap the knuckles again 3 times.
Wrap around the wrist to finish.
